• Contact details you give us: first and last name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method and time.
• Fitness information you choose to share: your goals, questions, and any health or injury notes you provide to your coach.
• Membership and booking information handled through our third-party member portal (Zen Planner), including class reservations and payment records processed by that provider.
• Basic technical information automatically collected when you visit our website, such as your browser type, device type, approximate location, and pages viewed.
• Photos or video taken in the studio, only with your permission, for use in marketing or on social media.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

• To respond to inquiries submitted through our 1-on-1 coaching form and to schedule your free class or consultation.
• To provide classes, personal training, and nutrition accountability services you request.
• To manage memberships, bookings, and payments through our member portal.
• To send studio updates, schedule changes, and promotions when you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the studio safe, prevent fraud or spam, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed to perform their services. These currently include:

• Zen Planner — membership management, class booking, and payment processing.
• Our email delivery provider — used to route coaching inquiries from our website to the studio inbox.
• Website hosting and analytics providers that operate our site.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our members and staff.

Any health, injury, or wellness details you share with your coach are treated as sensitive and are used only to keep your training safe and effective. We ask for your consent before collecting sensitive information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. High In10sity Fitness is not a healthcare provider and is not a HIPAA-covered entity.

Our website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to operate the site and remember preferences, such as your English or Spanish language choice. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected. We honor browser-based universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, where they apply.

If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data.
• Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
• Delete personal data we have about you.
• Obtain a portable copy of the data you provided to us.
• Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling — none of which we currently conduct.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact the Colorado Attorney General if you disagree with the outcome.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide services, maintain membership and billing records, and meet legal or tax requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections to our website, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls or texts about your inquiry, classes, and scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on our website.
